Better Baby Bums ships from Canada to anywhere within North America. We have a special flat rate for shipping within the Metro Vancouver area of British Columbia, Canada. This is a great deal for larger orders. If you live within the Metro Vancouver area, be sure to select that shipping option at check out if it is cheaper than the live Canada Post rate. The flat rate for within Metro Vancouver is $15.  Items will be received between 7-10 days.

 

*New Pick Up Option Available. We are now offering a pick up option from the storefront of KidzOwn Boutique in Surrey, BC. Pick up is available on the first Tuesday of every month ONLY at this location. No exceptions. Simply order online and pick your order up for a $5 processing fee. A great deal if you are in the area.

If you live elsewhere in North America, our shipping rates are calculated based on live expedited shipping rates from Canada Post and include a small handling fee. We now offer express post as an option in case you need your order ASAP.

 

Orders being shipped to the United States may be subject to duty fees. The customer is responsible for paying all duty that applies to the order. This will be charged upon delivery.

 

Our former shipping rate calculation system was not benefiting both our customers and the company for the most part. The bracket system was costing customers with smaller orders too much for shipping, and customers with large orders not enough such that profit from large orders was impossible (not a good way to run a business). New Rewards Program

We are proud to introduce a new customer rewards program beginning August 30, 2009. For orders over $150 (excluding taxes and shipping), we will send a free gift item with your order. This month (December 2009), we will send one Works Wonders skincare product. Supplies are limited so check here before you order to make sure stock is still available. SUPPLY IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE SO PLACE YOUR ORDER!* Please note that the Works Wonders product you will receive is old stock that we are moving out to make room for the new stuff. The expiry date is past but the company assures us that the product is safe to use for one year after opening it.
