A: We pride ourselves in finding unique, quality products that are better for your baby and better for the environment. Some items we sell can't be found anywhere else in Canada.

A: We are an internet-based company based in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada.
Q: What are your shipping rates?
A: Our shipping rates vary depending on where you are located. To find out how much it costs to ship an item to you, add it to your cart and enter your postal code/zip code in the checkout page. Our rates are also listed on our Shipping Rates page.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: No. We no longer offer free shipping. We have switched to live Canada Post Expedited shipping rates which include a small handling fee.
Q: Do you ship to the United States?
A: Yes. We ship to anywhere in the US and Canada. US orders may be charged duty upon delivery. US customers are responsible for paying this duty.
Q: Do you offer pick-up for local customers?
A: Because all of our shipping is done by a finishing house off-site, we are unable to offer pick-up as an option to our customers.

Q: Your website says you are a Canadian company. Are your products made in Canada?
A: Our products come from all over the world including Asia, Canada, Europe and the United States. We are based in Canada which means that you don't have to worry about high shipping and customs fees.
Q: What do you know about babies?
A: Better Baby Bums is owned and operated by two full-time moms. We have 6 young kids between us and we use the products we sell in our own homes.
Q: Do you ever have sales, discounts or other deals?
A: We do offer promotional pricing on certain items from time to time. Subscribe to our e-newsletter to keep on top of the latest specials.
Q: How do I spread the word about Better Baby Bums?
A: We are always grateful when people tell others about the unique products available from our little website. You can use the "email a friend" button on product pages to email friends about particular products. You can also click on the "share" button in the left column of the site to share Better Baby Bums on your favorite social web sites.
Q: How many wipes come in each pack of Nature Babycare wipes and Seventh Generation wipes?
A: Nature Babycare wipes contain 70 per pack and Seventh Generation wipes contain 80 per pack.
Q: Why have the prices of Nature Babycare products increased over the last several months?
A: Nature Babycare products are becoming increasingly expensive for us to import into Canada. The recent plunge in the Canadian dollar and increased duty costs have put us in a position to have to do so. It is our hope that the dollar improves and we will be sure to pass the savings on to our customers at that time.
