To use the patch, simply press down to break the capsule and the oils will then disperse into the sponge-patch. Peel off and place directly onto skin or clothing. The adhesive is hypoallergenic and is non-permeable so the product never comes into contact with the skin and therefore, never enters the bloodstream.
